Built in three phases for a total of 230,000 total SF, the design-build project included state of the art science classrooms along with a cafeteria with commercial kitchen, gymnasium, administrative and common areas. The project also included a new central chilled water plant and high efficiency boiler plant to serve the new buildings as well as the existing building. Though no LEED Certification was pursued, the design and construction meet energy efficiency of LEED Silver.
