GDS Fire Protection Design Approaches

In our endeavors to provide a safe and functional building, GDS has provided design for fire alarm, automatic fire sprinkler systems and fire suppression systems for new and renovated facilities. All of these systems are predicated by the local codes, Fire Marshall, insurance companies and in the U.S. the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). These fire systems are an important aspect of building design to provide a means for life safety, and secondly minimize property damage.

Over the next week or so, I will be taking over the Up to Date page to focus on automatic fire sprinkler systems and fire suppression systems. What are the applications of each and what types are available?
